| 3. | Subscriber Agreement is the agreement between the Issuing Authority and the Subscriber that establishes the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding the issuance and management of certificates and associated private keys. | ||
| 4. | Relying Party Agreement sets out the rights and obligations between the Issuing Authority and the Relying Party regarding the verification of digital certificates and associated private keys. | ||
